Summary/Abstract: In this research ,it was aimed to determine the self-efficacy perceptions of secondary school and high school teachers. The research is a descriptive analysis in scanning model. The universe of the research constitutes a total of 256 teachers 93 of whom are working at secondary schools and 163 of whom are at high schools in Doğanşehir district of Malatya province in 2017-2018 academic year. The sample of the research constitutes 164 teachers who voluntarily agreed to participate in the survey. The data of this study were obtained by “Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale” developed by Tschannen-Moran and Hoy (2001) and adapted to Turkish by Çapa, Çakıroğlu and Sarıkaya (2005). Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, independent groups t test, one way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used in the analysis of data. The findings of the study revealed that the participant teachers’ self-efficacy perceptions were at a “fairly adequate” level.
