Summary/Abstract: The Soviet Revolution was one of the most efficient and important events of the twentieth century. This is valid not only for Russia but also for other world countries. While the revulsion in the Soviets was an inspiration for socialist structures, the welfare that was obtained after the revolution attracted the attention on the practice performed in the Soviets. Turkey was one of the countries that was affected by this revolution in intellectual respect. The Kadro Journal was one of these. The socialist background of the authors of the journal caused that their attention was focused on the Soviet practice. In this context, the aim of working was mentioned by the staff of the Kadro Journal as the basic columns of the revolution and as the actors and aims.
