Disinheritance in Light of the Case Law of the Supreme Court and General Jurisdiction Courts

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the essence and premises of disinheritance based on the case law of the Supreme Court and general jurisdiction courts. In addition, the author discusses the issue of forgiveness – and in particular its legal form – in the context of the effectiveness of contesting disinheritance. The article also addresses the issue of similar regulations that overlap with the rules on disinheritance.
