Applicability of the policies and practices of the European union for ethnic tolerance in the jobs selection

Summary/Abstract: In today‘s global and dynamic world, developed societies pay close attention to policies to promote and protect the diversity of different ethnic groups. The legislative framework, however, is not enough to create a better world of „the different“. For this reason, the article reviews the International and European legal instruments implemented in the National legislation and presents European practices of ethnic tolerance in the jobs selection. The article discusses the possibilities for realization in Bulgaria of initiatives similar to the European projects, which have proven their vital role in solving the pressing problems of minority inclusion towards the universal values and providing equal conditions for training and work.
