Summary/Abstract: This article presents the results of the author’s observations and analyzes on the construction of the employer’s brand as a tool for solving a strategic problem — providing the corporation with the necessary quality staff. In the discussion, arguments are put forward to support the thesis that promotion of an employer brand seems an intelligent solution to a real problem, but not all employers are aware that not only good theoretical understanding, excellent working skills, constructive work climate, but also a significant financial resource that is required for many of the desired job seekers.
