Summary/Abstract: The Hungarian press has undergone tremendous changes over the last 300 years. Press historian Géza Buzinkay’s latestmonograph published in 2016 reveals this exciting story. In his work, the author has a political and social history approach tothe history of the Hungarian press. Not only does it deal with the press of national interest and distribution, but it also tries toreveal the main phenomena of rural, minority and emigration press life.
