Summary/Abstract: Court records contain the decisions of judges, judicial, administrative, military provisions. From the center of the provisions, the public announcement of fatwas, social life to continue on a regular basis, some of the decisions to resolve disputes between the public are written. Court records can also be recorded from the residential area of cultural and socio-economic structure and provide information about the social life of the period. ''The Court-i Şer'iyye Books'' known as many of these books today, plundering, fire, etc. are extant only in part due to reasons. During this study, 19th and 20th Century (1839-1911) were recorded, the original texts have been transcribed as 4,896 pages and 1,500 pages, 16 catalogues were examined. If looked at the form of 2 volumes of books, Corum municipality "unit of the city archive," organized by the "Corum Şer'îyye Registries Catalogues" was published under the name.
