OTEL İŞLETMELERİNİN TEDARİKÇİ SEÇİMİNDE BULANIK AHP İLE AĞIRLIKLANDIRILMIŞ HEDEF PROGRAMLAMA UYGULAMASI
FUZZY AHP WEIGHTED GOAL PROGRAMMING APPLICATION IN SUPPLIER SELECTION OF HOTEL ESTABLISHMENTS

Summary/Abstract: One of the strategic decisions of the managers in hotel establishments is the choice of the supplier to provide low cost, high quality product for the specified period. Considering many criteria at the same time, managers have to determine the most appropriate alternative which meets the company's needs and requests. This study has suggested a scientific approach to supplier selection process of the five star hotel located in Antalya. In order to solve the supplier selection problem this study suggested an integrated approach consisting of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Goal Programming method. The integrated approach used in this study is expected to be beneficial in the selection of suppliers for different sectors and it might pave the way for further studies in this field.
