Summary/Abstract: The subject of the research of this work is in the field of philosophical and ethical insights, as well as research of the scope of humanistic ethics, not only Yugoslav, but also European philosophical traditions, since the work itself thematizes the opus of one of the most important Bosnian and Yugoslav thinkers Abdulah Šarčević's, as well as his overall contribution philosophy In the work, within the framework of his overall philosophical opus (thirty books and over three hundred scientific papers), there will be words about the contribution to the foundation and positioning of his, firstly, humanistic ethics conceived in the context of illumination of ethical and anthropological aspects in relation to many humanistic-moral phenomena of the modern epoch. When ethics in general and every ethical conception seek for and should seek for universality, universal involvement of the moral phenomenon, both descriptive and normative, with the emphasis on the special importance of dealing with the philosophical issues of this creator, which is manifested in the fact that Šarčević's work is little, almost not at all researched, and then, not properly evaluated, especially at the level of ethics. Consequently, this paper will give an entirely scientifically comprehensive essential section of the view of the whole, the significance and scope of Šarčević's ethical-moral and philosophical-humanistic discourse, in order to further, in the new ethic-hermeneutic given discourses, through the examination and analysis of his work, first, interpreted and understood, and then interpreted the philosophical position to which he belonged, with the positioning of his philosophical action. Particularly in the focus will be the determination of man and humanity in the spirit of an ethically and anthropophily-minded world and life, with an emphasis on the unrecognized phenomena of morality and moral responsibility, social and political disorders and discrimination, which in terms of critical disassociation will be in the service of overcoming the most obvious prejudices and the fallacy of modern man and mankind. In this sense, with a consistent research effort within the framework of the given philosophical-ethical theory in relation to Šarčević's scientific-theoretical and social engagement, it was important to determine the undoubted and necessary relationship that would result in both theoretical and practical-ethical consequences. Since ethics, in the same way as the socio-political practice, succeeded in removing many borders that are historically based and shaped within the human world, it tells us that this set-up thematization will be in the possibility of (us) setting new boundaries of the aspiration towards the human living; whose frameworks should demarcate the insights and the knowledge that any emancipation hides another or new impunity and discrimination behind itself. The ethical thought of Abdulah Šarčević, which is situated in several problematic levels: philosophical ethics, ethics of responsibility, ethics of communication, ethics of human rights and humanistic ethics, will be presented at the forthcoming scientific conference, I am convinced, in a scientifically relevant and deservingly affirmative way.
