Summary/Abstract: In this work the author tries to present the possible legal effects in case of an introduction to polish system an administrative agreement in connection with the right to file a complaint in administrative court procedural law. The purpose of this work is finding an answer to the question if this administrative agreement, when introduced to polish system in the form of an administrative agreement from German Law, could be a source of the right to file a complaint in administrative court procedural law in Poland. The regulation of an administrative agreement in German with the right to file a complaint in Germany and in Poland was illustrated with the method of the comparative law.
