Summary/Abstract: In order to avoid the non-aesthetic results after surgery, appropriate surgical planning is required whether the auricle is at the same distance from the midline of the face and for plastic and rectonstructive surgery operations. The aim of this study is to determine the differences between the 3 different points of the healthy male individuals living in Anatolia 20 years and older in Anatolia according to the 6 points in the middle line of the face. Material and Method: A total of 120 healthy volunteers, 20 years of age and over, can be photographed from the same camera at a distance of 1.5 meters from the right and left of the male, from the photos taken by the same researcher. Distances from subnasale, gnathion points, right and left sides were taken. The mean ± standard deviation values for distances were calculated separately. The Paired T test was used to determine the differences between the distances of the right and left ear to the midline of the face.
