Summary/Abstract: Throughout history, Turkish identity has housed more than one family under one roof due to the family organization and the way of life. Family members have always contributed to the vocabulary of Turkish language with their unique voiceover and formations. Located today's standards, but Turkey is no longer used in most Turkish word on the vocabulary, it is possible to see in the mouth. It is not possible for the collections to include all the words used in the language or the words of the Anatolian people in their mother tongue or Turkish language. Because what we call compilation is a process of process. Over time, new data will be added. Samsun mouth is a difficult language field in terms of compilation studies. Both the central location and historical, social and political reasons Samsun has experienced a large number of migration events. Therefore, its demographic structure presents a mixed state. It is difficult to determine the vocabulary of Turks living here. Similar forms of expression of the subject, which is the subject of the study and found at the mouth of Çarşamba district of Samsun, were also found in the historical period texts of the Turkish language. In this study, kıyıda kulakta hendiadyoin which is used at the mouth of Çarşamba district of Samsun province is determined within the framework of the philological criteria and it is proposed to be included in the Compilation Dictionary.
