Summary/Abstract: The German newspaper Ilicustrierte Zeitung was first published in Leipzig on July 1, 1843 and continued to broadcast until September 1944. During World War I, the war journal was published as "Kriegszeitschrift". The number of May 18, 1916, which corresponds to the middle of World War I, is divided into Ottoman-Germany relations. "Die Türkei und Deutschland (Germany and Turkey)", published under the title 19, article. In these articles, the Ottoman-Prussian / German relations, the cultural activities of the powerful European countries in the Ottoman Empire, the important personalities of the Ottomans, the family life of the Turks and the characteristics of their social character were given; Turkish-German association was established to develop art, literature, architecture, agriculture, economic facilities, iron and sea routes, trade and cooperation between the two countries.
