The first part of the study discusses the emergence of social realism in the world. The social and socio-economic impacts of these stages are also briefly mentioned. The emergence of social realism in Turkey and the study of the social events that led to this emergence were also discussed. In the other part, representatives of the social realistic movement in Turkish art, which is the main theme of the study, started to study the works in which they portray the force of labor.
