The shape of hate crime in Slovakia

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to present Slovak regulations on the crime of hate speech in the Penal Code of the Slovak Republic from 2005. This issue is especially important in the context of increasingly frequent reports regarding this type of acts. This article is divided into five main parts. The first one is a short introduction to the subject, the next three, in turn, present respectively the regulations of constitutional, international and criminal law. The last one presents the most important conclusions from the text.
