Summary/Abstract: In May 2019, the following regulations were amended: The Fiscal Code, the Labour Code, G.E.O. no. 111/2010 on parental leave and childcare monthly allowance and Law no. 279/2005 on apprenticeship at work, Law no. 7/1996 on cadastre and real estate publicity. Moreover, the following were amended in the same month: Status of the mediator profession and Law no. 80/1995 on the status of military personnel, as well as the National Education law no. 1/2011, the latter being amended by a series of regulations. Moreover, in May 2019, Law no. 302/2004 on international cooperation of the judiciary on criminal issues was republished.
