Summary/Abstract: Further to the activity of the Constitutional Court, in January 2019, in March 2019, several judgments were published (allowed objections of unconstitutionality) and they related to: Law approving the G.E.O. no. 86/2018 for the amendment and supplement of Law no. 3/2000 on the organization and conduct of the referendum, Code of fiscal procedure, Law supplementing the G.O. no. 13/2011 regarding the remuneration-related and sanctioning legal interest for monetary obligations, as well as for the regulation of certain financial and tax measures in the banking sector, Law for amending ad supplementing art. 10 of Law no. 241/2005 for the prevention and the fight against tax evasion, Law no. 293/2004 on the status of civil servants with special status in the National Penitentiary Administration, Law no. 80/1995 on the status of military personnel, Law for supplementing G.E.O. no. 50/2010 on consumer loan agreements, the New Law on the public pension system, Law for amending and supplementing G.O. no. 51/1997 regarding leasing operations and leasing companies, as well as supplementing art. 120 of the G.E.O. no. 99/2006 on credit institutions and capital adequacy, G.E.O. no. 70/2016 for amending and supplementing the Code of criminal procedure and Law no. 304/2004 on judicial organization, the Code of criminal procedure.
