Summary/Abstract: In June 2019, several regulations were subject to amendments, including the Tax Code, the Statute on the Organisation and Exercise of the Insolvency Practitioner’s Practice, the Statute of the Romanian Notary Public Insurance Company. Moreover, in June 2019, the following were amended: The National Education Law no. 1/2011; The Local Public Administration Law no. 215/2001; Law no. 50/1991 authorising the execution of construction works. In June 2019 were also published the SCM (Superior Council of Magistracy) Plenum Decision no. 91/2019 approving the Regulation on the admission to and graduation examination of the National Institute of Magistracy, the Rules regarding the compulsory professional liability insurance of judges and prosecutors, the SCM Decision no. 103/2019 approving the Regulation on the Capacity Examination for Junior Judges and Prosecutors, as well as Law no. 118/2019 on the National Automated Registry on individuals having committed sexual offenses, exploitation of people or minors.
