Summary/Abstract: In relation to the activity of the High Court of Cassation and Justice (the Panel regarding the appeal in the interest of the law), several decisions on admission were ruled on in relation to: the Criminal Code, Law no. 263/2010 on the unitary system of public pensions and the Mining Law no. 85/2003, the Civil Code, Law no. 50/1991 authorising the execution of construction works, Law on cadastre and real estate advertising no. 7/1996, but also Law no. 255/2010 on the expropriation for a public utility cause, necessary to achieve objectives of national, county and local interest.
