CASE-LAW OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF ROMANIA

Summary/Abstract: Further to the activity of the Constitutional Court, in June, several judgments were published (allowed objections of unconstitutionality) and they related to: the Criminal Procedure Code, Law no. 171/2010 on the establishment and sanctioning of forest contraventions, the Law amending and supplementing the GEO no. 75/2018 amending and supplementing regulations in the field of environmental protection and foreigners’ regime, as well as the GEO no. 75/2018, the GEO no. 74/2013 on certain measures for the improvement and reorganisation of the business carried out by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration, as well as amending and supplementing certain regulations, the Law amending Article 9 paragraph 1 of Law no. 213/1998 on public property and transferring a real estate from the public domain of the state and from the administration of the Prefect’s Institution – Bacău County, to the public domain of Bacău County, objection raised by the President of Romania, Law no. 346/2006on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of National Defence.
