Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the effects of occupational-employee health and safety practices in hotel enterprises on employees’ organizational trust. For this purpose survey technique was conducted on a total of 515 employees working in seven five star hotels operating in Afyonkarahisar province. For the analysis of the obtained data, percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and validity / reliability analysis were used. In addition, the data was analyzed and interpreted using correlation and regression analysis. According to the findings, it was determined that the relationship between occupational-employee health and safety and organizational trust is high. This result shows that if occupational-employee health and safety increases, organizational trust increases. It was found that the model of the effects of occupational-employee health and safety on organizational trust is significant. Suggestions were developed for the interested parties in the direction of the results emerging from the study.
