Summary/Abstract: The author analyses the revolutionary changes brought about in the last stage of World War II in the field of legislation, penal law and the structure and proceedings of the courts of law (describing the forms of irregular courts) and thus, and on the basis of political decisions by the Central Committees of the CPY and CPS, concludes that these were political trials, although formally ment to prosecute war collaborators and post war speculators and saboteurs.
