Summary/Abstract: In the paper the author first describes the evolution of the s.c. second or supplementary nationalisation of industrial enterprises in the PR of Slovenia, then analyses the causes for the delay of the authorities in value estimation and registration of nationalised property in land registers, and explains that the delay led to inadequate compensation for nationalised property.
