Summary/Abstract: This article aims to explore the phenomenon of constitutional codification. The links between the general codification movement of the late 18th and 19th centuries and the emergence of written and codified constitutions, the scope and scope of codification, the possibilities for further elaboration of the codified constitutions and their advantages will be examined. The constitutional features of other codifications will also be highlighted. At the same time, non-codified constitutions will be analyzed.
