Summary/Abstract: The author discusses the supply of foodstuffs, coal, firewood, petroleum, and soap in Ljubljana in an emergency situation during World War I and the first days following the end of the War when the supply situation was gradually stabilizing. The discussion is based on data obtained from Ljubljana's town-hall records that are kept by the Historical Archives of Ljubljana.
