Summary/Abstract: Societies around the world increase their production levels in order to reach a certain level of development. Together with the increased production levels, countries achieve their growth stages. After this stage, economic development of countries can emerge. Developing societies attach importance to development activities on sectoral basis. While some countries treat socio-economic development as a target, others focus on economic development. Despite the different plans and different enforcement actors, the only purpose of our country has been economic development. The Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock has a resource transfer to producers engaged in agricultural and animal production in our country. Our producers engaged in agricultural activities are given support in the framework of diesel fertilizer support and increase of agricultural production is aimed. In addition, animal producers within the scope of animal production are provided with support such as live animal support, raw milk support, feed support and insemination support, thus increasing the animal production in our country. In this study; in order to measure the added value provided by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock to the milk producers from the national development fund. The main purpose of the study in the study of the village of Şarkikaraağaç; the province has the highest provincial milk production within the provincial center and 12 counties within the existing provincial potential.
