Summary/Abstract: In organizational life, there are many factors that affect the positive and negative emotions of employees. The climate of the organization causes changes in the emotional states of individuals and positive or negative changes occur in organizational performance. Emotions of individuals working in R&D organizations where creative thinking and innovative behaviors come to the forefront are closely related to the climate of innovation. The climate of innovation perceived in the organization can have different effects on the positive and negative emotions of the employees. This research aims to show the relationship between the perception of innovation climate and positive and negative emotions in R&D employees working at Technokents. In this study, the effects of the innovation climate sub-dimensions on the positive and negative emotions of individuals were investigated.
