Summary/Abstract: Sabiha Zekeriya who is one of the first female writers and who lived between 1895 and 1968 penned her writings in a critical pattern. She emphasized the social and political problems of the period and did not hesitate to express the inconveniences in the society in her writings. Although she struggled with difficulties, she never stopped reading and continued her education. The education that she received has a great role in her successful literary life. Her writings started to appear in journals even in her elementary school years and these writings were found quite desirable.
