Emergence of Working Phenomenon in Social Structure and Transformations

Summary/Abstract: The study phenomenon is a phenomenon that has changed due to societal structures and various other external factors since the existence of societies. The ways in which societies live are just one of the reasons for change in this phenomenon. Individuals from the past to the present, according to the needs of the societies in which they live in order to meet their needs, they have been in the working life in changing conditions. On the other hand, the development of technology and the change in production concept has changed the position of the labor force in the working life. In the study, firstly conceptual information was given about the work, labor and work phenomena and then the transformations in the working life were taken into consideration considering the social structures. The Industrial Revolution which is one of the pioneers of change and the transformations in the working life are examined.
