Summary/Abstract: The issue concerning the protection of attorney-client privilege and legal privilege was presented in this article. The scope of these privileges and the measures to their protection were indicated. This polemic contains some criticisms regarding P. Krzyżanowski's article „The Scope of the Protection of Legal Privilege In Criminal Proceeding – Selected Issues”.
