Summary/Abstract: Two of its main subjects participate in education at its every level and teacher. Accepting a personalistic approach to them, in which a person is understood as a person, we simultaneously accept a universalist, reflective and wise way of approaching education, the center of which is a person with his individual, biological, psychological, social, spiritual and religious dimensions.The essence of early school education boils down to the development of the human person, his personality maturity. Mutual teacher–student relations are focused on the actualization of the person’s qualities to fulfill his humanity more fully.
