The Joint Implementation of Academic and Moral Education Modals According to Strategic Management Perspective

Summary/Abstract: Educational institutions; private and state schools that has to be competitive in accordance with the strategic management approach are competitive their activities. In these institutions, “success” is affected by external environmental elements of strategic management approach. This situation is emerging as the appearance of the difference in many aspects such as attitude and behavior of the students who are the educational outcomes of the schools, although standard education activities are performed. Hence, the question arises: Is the reason for the different outcomes in schools related with factors which are beyond the formal structure, despite the formal structure that is determined by Ministry of Education before.
