Summary/Abstract: The Newâzil compilation, which appears in the subbranches of fıqh and shows the vivid connection between fıqh and daily life, has brought out a very rich literature in Andalusian Mâlikî fıqh tradition. The studies carried out on the given literature have utmost importance as they reflect the bond between fıqh and life. Within this context, the dawn and growth of newâzil literature in the Andalusian fiqh tradition will be discussed in the course of history and the process of newâzil in becoming an independent discipline will be analyzed in our study.
