Summary/Abstract: The history of Carmen, an ample and multilateral personage, has entered harmoniously into our lives. Along with the appearance of Carmen, the choreographers try to show this personage in the staged performances, each time from another perspective, to reveal her contradictory character, to interpret other wise or to change the subject line.Dada Masilo, a young contemporary choreographer, presents a new vision of the Carmen heroine and changes the subjectline of the opera.
