Summary/Abstract: Water is crucial element of environmental assets which is protected and regulated by both administrative and civil law. Furthermore, the legislator magnifies the social and economic importance of water quantity of land property by creating legal instruments for protection of water quantity of land property. For these reasons, the article analyses legal provisions of the Act of 2017 Water Law, Construction Law, and The Civil Code that ban harmful interference with neighboring land and constitute a specific kind of administrative and civil law consequences that occur in case of an infringement of the prohibitions. The analysis of statutory regulations governing this specific area of law can serve the proper exercise of ownership right and perpetual usufruct.
