Summary/Abstract: Isaac Newton has been known till today only as a revolutionary scientist, despite the fact that in his time he was well-known for his fervent religiosity. While all England was proud of the brilliant scientist, Newton secretly embarked on researching in the field of theology, and partly giving up his puritan background, he began to tend to Socinianism and other unorthodox doctrine movements. But not so that to commit himself, but also to develop his own theological view, whose the main feature was the strong criticism of the Church, the opposition of the pontificate, and denial of the Trinity doctrine. The scientist left behind thousands of pages of his own manuscripts of Church history writings, the Bible and the Apocalypse explanations, most of which have never been published, and we only started processing them not long ago. From this unknown collection I choose one: the Twenty-Three Queries about the Word Ὁμοούσιος paper, by whose analysing I examine why and how Newton attacked the orthodox doctrine of Trinity.
