Summary/Abstract: Social skills are a key factor for evaluation of professional qualification and successful realization. Business communication is a school discipline which is in help with students to create social competence, needed in communicating in business environment and creating self-control. Students show inner moral standards of the personality as socially oriented in the working environment.Competence is a successfully showed combination between knowledge, abilities, attitude and behavior by employees in order to achieve results in concrete profession and organization.
