Summary/Abstract: This article deals with the implications of Alexander Vertinsky stay in Poland in the 1920s. Literary works of this representative of the first wave of Russian emigration enjoyed great popularity in the interwar period in Poland. Hence, he frequently gave concerts to a number of Polish cities and towns. The singer has made numerous acquaintances in all social circles, also in the artistic milieu, which until today eagerly reaches for his repertoire. The artist recorded many of his works and composed several hits in Poland. Vertinsky was not forgotten. His music scores, records, poetry books and memoirs were also published after his death
