Rethorics – Means of Presenting the Slovak National Identity

Summary/Abstract: Communication is platform from which the presentation of Slovak national identity should come out. The fact, that since 2004 Slovakia has been the member of the European Union leads us to re-think existing techniques of presentation and conventional model of thinking and communication at this level. The communication level is created in accordance with the new requirements and trends and could be the reason for a change in the process of image improvement of the Slovak republic abroad. Presentation is a process, which demands long-lasting development and that is the reason for us to think, that for its creation it is suitable to search for essentials, which loom from the traditional antic communication model.
