Summary/Abstract: The paper introduces the situation of mental health in Slovakia, as well as social services that focus on helping mentally ill people. Further it presents organizations offering art therapy education. It also describes the specific aspects of art therapy with mentally ill people as well as specific art therapy techniques focused on mentally ill people.
