Summary/Abstract: In the article, the author describes the problem of registering and distributing the image and voice of voters and members of the electoral commissions. Among the issues discussed were the principle of secrecy of voting, scrutineer, social observers, international observers, the concept of image, its violation and distributing, the voter as a detail of the whole, the concept of gathering, the issue of preserving the image of the voter and limiting his civil rights in the light of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and RODO as well as circumstances repealing the illegality of perpetuating the image of the voter and members of the electoral commissions.
