Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to contribute to tourism literature and to make recommendations to hotel managers by examining the attitude of hotel employees against women employment. The sample of the study consists of males working in 4 and 5 star hotels operating in Turkey. As data collection technique, questionnaire was used. The research data was collected between December 1, 2017 and June 10, 2018 through social media channels, online surveys or face-to-face interviews. Participants were identified by purposeful sampling. At the end of the data collection process, 654 available questionnaires were obtained. As a result of the simple linear regression analyzes performed, it has been found that masculinity has a significant and positive effect on the attitude against women employment (negative attitude, positive attitude, traditional attitude). The results of the research are important for contributing to tourism literature and sector representatives. Research will carry out on the subject in the future will be useful for seeing the whole picture.
