Summary/Abstract: Purpose – It is possible to express the psychological agreement as a dynamic, non-written set of expectations based on mutuality between the employee and the organization. There are two (relational and operational contracts) main types of psychological contract. Organizational creativity is that, employees within the organization produce a new, different idea, product or service. The aim of this study is to determine the effects of the psychological contract perceptions of the employees of the five-star hotels operating in Afyonkarahisar on their organizational creativity levels. Design/methodology/approach – In this study carried out in the format of field research, the data were collected by survey technique. The sample group of the study, which covers five-star hotels operating in Afyonkarahisar, consists of 326 employees. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, correlation, simple and multiple linear regression analyzes were conducted. Findings – As a result of the findings of the research, it was identified that psychological contract perceptions of employees were close to the mid-level and the organizational creativity levels of the employees were above the medium level. In addition to that, it was found out that the perceptions of employees regarding the psychological contract have a positive and significant effect on their level of organizational creativity. Discussion – According to the results of the correlation analysis of the relationship between psychological contract and organizational creativity, a positive relationship was found between psychological contract and organizational creativity. There were no studies about this subject encountered, when other concepts correlated with psychological contract and organizational creativity were examined; . there is a significant relationship was found between organizational creativity and organizational commitment and job satisfaction. It was found that the psychological contract had a significant effect on organizational creativity. When other concepts were examined; as a result of the research the psychological contract has a positive effect on organizational trust.
