Summary/Abstract: The author thematizes several basic historical and systematical questions on philosophical and scientific founding of bioethics as a relatively new and chalenging discipline, considering its theoretical and research framework. Bioethics is still in the process of searching for its own subject, and a dominate paradigm of its theoretical and practical undertaking, and also for appropriate theoretical and practical method. The author explores how the thematization of an ethical core of bioethics must involve the questions about the facts and reasons of birth of bioethics, about the problem of philosophical and ethical definition of bioethics, about the philosophical and axiological grounds of bioethics, as much as the problem of the relationship between the philosophical ethics and bioethics.
