Every ideology and teachings have their own specific value system, as well as the specific standards, guidelines and principles to be observed by their creators, followers and admirers. Thus, Islamic intellectuals and lawyers of``'fiqh' must offer a solution to his followers for their environmental problems and dilemmas to play a positive role in social trends in the contemporary Islamic world. It is common to all religious-legal school of interpretation "fiqh" and the position of women base their teachings on the interpretation of the holy book the Koran and the sunna. All founders of these directions are considered orthodox and differ only in terms of religious rites, interpretations of the Koran, as well as the logical conclusion of the instrument of thought. In the modern world the role of women in Islamic society is more delicate than ever before in history.
