Summary/Abstract: In domestic literature in recent years the term “good administration” is increasingly used. Good administration is the key to responsible and transparent legislative, executive and judicial authority as well as for independent institutions. One of the assumptions of the work of good administration is to establish a closer and more effective relationship between citizens and administration. So, every citizen in case of some interest or right has the right to turn to the administrative body or a court of general jurisdiction or other specialized administrative court. Without good governance, there are no transparent and responsible branches of government, as well as independent institutions.
