While performing their duties notaries can cause material damage and inflict injury on the property of their clients. Considering the significance of Notarial profession and its affirmation in domestic law, professional liability has been made much more strict in comparison to the standard attention of an averagely careful person. In terms of the created obligation for compensation for material damage, Legislator has imposed mandatory insurance of notary liability.
