Summary/Abstract: The present article attempts to present the peculiarity of the Arabian cuisine. Since it is very rich and varied, there are descriptions of the most characteristic dishes for a given country (or a geographic region). The present author acquaints the readers with the tastes and dishes of the Arabian world and also what a great impact faith may have on what people eat and how they eat. In the article, there are, except for the most popular dishes and ingredients, the customs concerning preparation and partaking of meals are described as well as their influence on mood and health.
