Summary/Abstract: It is well known that the Church has taken the first legal standards, along with the legal vocabulary, the life of the state, and it was only later when it had developed its own observances with specific terminology. The violation of moral and canonical observances, by persons who are guilty of similar offences, cause personal prejudices to those whose rights are violated, even to the church – as a state of canonical order.
