A cultural park and spatial planning

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the institution of a cultural park, which is a form of protection of historical monuments. The influence of cultural park assumptions on spatial planning in the commune was pointed out. At the same time, it was shown that the creation of a cultural park is to a large extent dependent on existing planning documents.
